Here’s my custom theme for FoFix (the best Frets on Fire mod out). It’s dark and grungy, hence the name, and is loosely based on the popular RB2 theme by K.i.D

The lag in the video is due to the recording software, which sucks balls… even on my brand new box. The theme was created and tested on FoFiX v3.120 alpha (r1249). It should be backward compatible with older versions, but I haven’t tested it. You’ll also notice that my theme is less than half the size of K.i.D’s. This is due to my use of extremely compressed PNG’s and also because I took advantage of FoFix’s ability to read JPG’s named as .PNG. My theme also lacks a ton of top 40 crap intro songs… which isn’t K.i.D’s fault.. he was just going for completeness.

Nexuiz 2.5 is the latest and greatest version of the open-source first person shooter that runs on Windows, Linux and OSX.

Description

Nexuiz is a 3d deathmatch game that has been in development since the summer of 2002. The goal of the project is to create a high quality first person shooter that can be played freely across all platforms in one package: PC, Mac, and can be even included in Linux distributions. The game is entirely open source, with the sources of the engine, gamecode, map files, and compiling tools, all included with the download, all under the GPL license.
